Free online Secret Santa generator
Organise your Secret Santa in a few minutes. Share one link with your group: everyone joins with their first name, the draw is made for you, and each person privately discovers who they give a gift to, along with that person's gift ideas.
Free up to 10 participants · No account needed for participants
How it works
- 1Create your draw: give it a name and, if you like, a budget.
- 2Share the group link by WhatsApp, email or text. Everyone joins with their first name and a personal 4-digit code.
- 3Add exclusions if needed, so that couples don't draw each other.
- 4Start the draw (3 participants minimum). Everyone opens the group link again and discovers who they give a gift to.
Truly secret
Nobody sees the full list of who gives to whom, not even the organiser. Each participant only sees their own result.
Gift ideas, no more guessing
Each participant can note a few gift ideas. Their Secret Santa sees them after the draw, together with the budget you set.
Free, and more if you need it
On the free plan you run one active draw with up to 10 participants. Standard allows 5 draws of 30 participants each, and Premium has no limit. Participants never need an account.
FAQ
Do participants need to create an account?
No. Only the organiser has a Tof-Box account. Participants join with the group link, their first name and a 4-digit code they choose.
Can the organiser see who drew whom?
No. Nobody can see the full list, the organiser included. Everyone only discovers their own result.
What if someone loses their link?
They just open the group link again, from any phone, and enter their first name and 4-digit code.
What if someone drops out after the draw?
The organiser can redo the draw: remove that person, add someone if needed, then draw again. Everyone sees their new result by opening the group link again.
Can we stop couples from drawing each other?
Yes. Before the draw, the organiser can add pairs of people who must not draw each other.
How many participants are needed?
At least 3. The free plan goes up to 10 participants, Standard up to 30, and Premium has no limit.
